Come join us for a rejuvenating Sound Bath experience with Zen Awakenings at the Center For Spiritual Living in San Clemente. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, promoting relaxation and healing. This two facilitator Sound Healing is very immersive and incorporates a wide variety of sound tools, including an extra large Gong, 7 Chakra Quartz Crystal Bowls, didgerido, handpan, ocean drum, rain stick, medicine drum, Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, rattles and more! They will guide you through a journey of sound to help you re-connect with your Higher Considered and inner peace. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and comfy clothes. Eye mask is optional.
