In her Sound Bath Chakra Series, Jen will explore each chakra in depth, creating a sacred supportive container to expand your consciousness and knowledge of each chakra. The intention is to empower you on your journey as you develop your own unique road map to greater health & wellness!
Each session includes a recalibration of your energy system using essential oils, alchemized crystal sound bowls and other instruments—culminating in a beautiful 60-minute sound bath designed to restore balance and harmony!
You can expect leaving sessions with:
+ Greater awareness of how chakras function within you
+ Opportunity to release emotional blockages & stuck or stagnant energies
+ Calm and peaceful nervous system
+ Greater immune function, sleep and vitality
+ Journal prompts, mantras, mudras or other yogic practices to take home and explore on your own
