As morning light filters into our Elven Forest Performance space, we invite you to begin your day in stillness, warmth, and gentle magic. Soundbaths & Scones is a guided, hour-long journey inward- an offering for those seeking restoration, clarity, and a quiet moment to return to themselves.

We begin with guided body and energy work, easing you out of the noise of the week and back into your breath, your body, your center. From there, you’ll be carried into a deeply immersive soundbath, with vibrations and tones weaving through the space like wind through leaves, washing over you, grounding you, and inviting release.

As you return, slowly and softly, you’ll be welcomed back with fresh-baked scones from our kitchen, made with care. A small, tangible joy to anchor you back into the world.

Bring whatever makes you feel most at ease: yoga mats, blankets, cushions, or cozy layers. This is your time to rest, to listen, and to simply be.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Ticket includes admission to our soundbath and some scones!
