I’m so excited to invite you to a free sound bath as a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful community. Join me on August 15th at 8 PM at Thrive on Health for an hour-long journey of sound and vibration.
This sound bath will focus on relaxation, renewal, connection, and receiving—a space to release tension, open your heart, and simply be. Whether it’s your first time experiencing a sound bath or you’re a regular, all are welcome.
