In this Certified Sound Therapy practice, this science recognized and consciousness raising therapy invites you to turn the volume down on noise found in outer stimulus, stress, your body, nervous system, emotions and mind.The etymology of the latin word “mystic” is “myein”, which means “to listen”. This is a mystical listening science and art. With the body and mind as the instrument, space is held for us to be in concert with and receive pure harmonic tones and resonant frequencies.
Prompted into conscious stillness, seated or lying down, eyes closed, you will tune into the pure hertz measured gongs, crystal or metal bowls, elemental chimes, the cadence of binaural rhythms, symphonic cords, uplifting language, voice & other instruments meant for releasing & breaking through the dense, misplaced energy or pain of the past.
