A Sound Bath is an immersive, relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while listening to a series of soothing sounds created by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. Designed to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a meditative state through the vibrations and soundscapes produced; no prior experience is needed, and its encouraged participants to simply close their eyes and let the sound wash over them.
