Sound Bath with Sacred Instruments

Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Journey, where you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sacred instruments designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore inner balance.
These gentle frequencies work through resonance, helping to support the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve, encouraging a profound sense of harmony, grounding, and wellbeing.
We begin with a guided meditation, followed by the steady, grounding rhythm of the drum. Throughout the session, you’ll experience a rich tapestry of healing sounds from Himalayan singing bowls, bespoke gongs, crystal singing bowls, pipes, percussion instruments, voice and more.
Sound therapy can be especially supportive for improving sleep, reducing stress, and nurturing both physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll leave feeling calm, rejuvenated, and deeply restored.
Please note: This session is not suitable for those with a pacemaker, epilepsy or during the first 12 months of pregnancy.
To help you fully relax, please bring:
• A mat
• A blanket - even in the hotter months, as your bodies temperature will drop when you are immersed in sound
• A pillow
• Water for rehydration afterward
