Join Rising, our Studio Manager and owner of Guided Heart Wellness, for an evening of restoration and deep relaxation as she weaves together sounds from gongs, ceramic singing bowls, chimes, and more.
Attending a sound bath is a unique experience every time. Sound bath participants have reported reduced stress and anxiety levels, better sleep (sometimes during the sound bath!), entering deep meditative states, improved mood, and reduced pain. Of course these experiences have not been evaluated by the FDA and we make no promises to the experience of anyone attending, but we think it’s worth a try!
Please note you will be laying on a yoga mat for this experience. While props are available at the studio, we highly recommend bringing your favorite pillow and any other items that would help you to be comfortable for the duration. Please wear layers as most people experience a drop in body temperature while in a restful state.
Price: We are pleased to offer three price tiers for this event; $20, $35, or $50.
A note from Rising on pricing: In my time as a sound bath facilitator, I have had first-time participants, those that attend a sound bath every opportunity they get, and participants across the spectrum of disposable income. I offer flexible pricing so that my sound baths are accessible to a broader range of people, including those first-timers that are curious, but not confident in spending $35 or more for an experience. There are also participants that know the transformational potential of a sound bath and / or are happy to contribute financially for the energetic exchange - these people are who I consider sponsors and are willing to purchase the higher priced ticket. I can promise that no matter which ticket tier you purchase, I am grateful for your trust and look forward to seeing you.
