About this Event
Join us at AmeriHealth Caritas with a 2 hour, interactive event with RESOURCES FOR RESILIENCE.
In the first hour, gain strategies to turn good intentions into real support. Learn how challenges affect us all and discover what to say and do after a crisis.
In the second hour, partipate in Listening Circles to share difficulties, lean on one another, and practice stress-reducing tools.
This event fosters understanding, connection, and hope, helping us support one another through life's toughest moments.
Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
