Rio of Inner Harmony has over 15 years experience working with communities, individuals, and families. Over the past 5 years she has been incorporating energy modalities to more traditional social work methods. She is a licensed clinical social worker, certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, quantum healing practitioner, past life regression therapist, and a sound healing practitioner. Her passion lies in assisting others to return to a sense of balance, emotional freedom, and more joy in their lives. Rio practices out of 3 offices in the beautiful and verdant Farmington Valley of Connecticut.
