I invite you to join me for a Sound Bath followed by Sauna and Swim at the newly opened Sauna at Lake of Menteith. The Wild Sauna Company.

A comprehensive approach to wellness is provided by combining sound baths, saunas, and cold water therapy, which maximises the advantages of each for both mental and physical health. Immersion in cold water can increase blood flow and decrease inflammation and saunas encourage rest and cleansing.
Experience the scenic immersion of just sitting and taking in the view of Lake Menteith while basking in the heat is therapeutic. Combining sauna and lake swimming the experience is seamless!
