Location: The Village Wellness Center (across from Top Golf) located at 7173 S Havana St #100 Centennial. ** This is not a traditional yoga studio, there are no props provided. You will need to bring with what you need to be comfortable, such as yoga mat, and comfort items like a blanket, eye mask or cloth to cover your eyes, bolster for under your knees to support your back and/or a small pillow for your head.
