Join us for a beautiful Sound Bath Experience with Meditation in our Zen and Wellbeing Therapy space

This is a smaller more intimate setting for up to 8 people (maximum 10 if a group)
Mats, Blankets and Pillows are provided.
in these sessions we can add extra elements such as a Cacao Ceremony, Focused Journalling, Specific Intentions, Sharing Circles.
