We warmly welcome Lynnie Marie who is no stranger to Portsmouth Positive Living group as she has supported us for 2 years .
Lynnie of “Anchor the Magic” has felt a strong connection to sound therapy ever since her very own first experience of a sound bath. Currently an ambassador of sound with the Suara Sound Academy.
Come and spend a beautiful relaxing evening, experiencing the healing sound waves of a sound bath. Bring mats/chair blankets, pillows to ensure your comfort.
Please note: sound baths are not suitable for people with epilepsy, psychosis, pacemakers, or 1st trimester of pregnancy.
