Sound Bath with Kitties

Come experience the harmonizing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, to support balance to your nervous system, promote deep relaxation and to release energetic blocks that are no longer serving you. This class will be hosted by Healing with Hannah. Chairs and Yoga mats will be available but it is suggested to bring what you need to be as comfortable as possible (pillow/blanket).
