The sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gemstone crystal bowls, and Paiste planetary gongs bring us easily into a deeply meditative state, where our busy minds settle and our bodies can heal. Sound massage (singing bowls placed on the body) can work to further relax our bodies, clear our energy channels, and activate our self-healing mechanisms.
