What to bring...

It's a good idea to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. If you want to lie on the floor for the session then bring along a yoga mat. There are also chairs if you prefer to sit. Bring along extra blankets and a cushion too if you want to feel extra cosy and warm!

There are a limited number of yoga mats and supportive cushions/bolsters available.

Event Timing

Doors will open 10 minutes before the start.

Doors will be locked PROMPT.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.
