Join Kay Campbell from Gong Sounds for this special event. The 60 minute session begins with a brief guided meditation, followed by a transformative gong bath that uses sound as a meditative tool to help participants disconnect from daily stressors and reach a state of relaxation. This meditative practice can improve overall well-being, reduce stress, improve sleep, and inspire new ideas.
No experience is necessary, only the desire to access the quiet place in your mind. The session will involve lying or sitting on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothing.
Props are available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own along with a blanket, eye mask, or anything else to make you feel comfortable.
While this session is suitable for most people, it is not recommended for those with pacemakers or insulin pumps, or women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
