Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound waves and specific frequencies to promote healing and relaxation. Essence Sound Healing uses various instruments, including frosted crystal quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, Solfeggio register tuned pipes, and tuning forks that influence the vibrations of the body, promoting a state of balance, harmony, and overall well-being. Sound healing can be used specifically to alleviate pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and enhance cognitive function. In addition, it helps to balance the body’s energy systems which promote optimal overall health. During this 1-hour presentation, you will get to directly experience the impact of sound healing by participating in a sound bath of crystalline harmonics (not water) and be treated to a powerful vibrational foot bowl treatment. Educational materials will also be provided to take with you. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Blankets and eye pillows will be provided.
This is a free event. All ages are welcome, but participants must be able to maintain a quiet and calm environment during the program.
