Come join us for another wonderful sound bath ceremony hosted by Emily Mayberry @ Crystal Lume ✨🧘‍♀️🧘✨
With so much going on, these times to slow down and tune in with our bodies are essential. Especially when centered around frequency and prayer. Both powerful forces of healing, alignment, and peace.
Let me sooth your spirit and wrap you in a blanket of sound, always charged with so much love and intention. I will be layering in scalar waves and frequency via my quantum devices as well.
Enjoy a relaxing night of sound healing. I have been facilitating sound healing ceremonies for 15 years. Weaving crystal & metal singing bowls, flute, drum, and more with sacred songs, we will create a space of healing and deep relaxation.
Sound healing helps to bring the body into a parasympathetic state where we can fully unwind, feel safe, and sometimes gain insights.
The doors open at 5:15 PM. The journey begins at 5:30 PM. Expect the journey and integration to complete around 6:45 PM.
The exchange for the event is $35
It is suggested to bring a yoga mat and pillow for comfort laying on the ground. A blanket can be nice since temperature fluctuations tend to happen during certain parts of the journey. As your body processes and releases. Some people enjoy having something under their knees as well.
