Sound Bath with Dave @ Oasis Botanical Lounge

The sound bath will begin with gentle breathing, followed by the immersive meditative experience of the gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. The energy of these instruments can help calm your nervous system, allowing you to access deep states of rest, while carrying forth this practice of presence into your life.
Afterwards we'll gather for community, conversation, and tea, coffee and herbal beverage at Oasis Botanical Lounge!
No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lay on. There are also many comfortable chairs and couch seats available for those who prefer not to be on the ground. Event is free. Optional donation goes to Prison Yoga Project, per Dave’s request.
