Sound Bath with Acupuncture

Join us for our Sound Bath with Acupuncture!

You will be immersed in relaxing vibrations of sound while receiving personalized acupuncture treatment to harmonize your body and mind. 

Sound and Acupuncture Harmony: Acupuncture will focus on mental and emotional points that calm the nervous system and are heart opening fostering self- love and compassion. While the soothing resonance of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, vibrations can help release pent-up emotions, providing relief from stress and emotional blockages.

What to Expect:

Acupuncture, guided meditation, breathwork, and sound bath.
All Are Welcome:

Whether you're new or experienced, this event offers a nurturing space for relaxation and healing.

What to Bring:

Comfortable attire, a yoga mat or cushion, and an open heart. If you are unable to lie down for a long period of time, please let us know so we may prepare a chair for a seated session.
