Sound moves through the body faster than thought.In this immersive sound bath, you are invited to feel the sound, not just listen to it.
As layers of sound unfold, the mind naturally quiets and the body begins to respond—releasing held tension and creating a clear sense of connection between mind and body.
You are invited to come as you are and take part in a deeply transformative experience.
You are encouraged to bring your own mat if possible. Props are available at the studio to support your experience but you are also welcome to bring your own cushions, eye masks or blankets.
