Experience deep relaxation submerged in a luxurious live soundscape!For thousands of years, music and sounds have been used for therapeutic purposes. Think of how you can use a favorite song to elicit tears, laughter, etc. Sound Baths can quickly take you into a deep meditative space. Most people feel calmer, more relaxed, and sleep better after a sound bath.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and come with an unfilled belly. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or anything that will help you to get comfortable on the floor for an hour.
Tracy Dihle is a lifelong musician who blends sound, yoga, Reiki, and TRE into her healing practice. Along with Sound Baths, she leads kirtan sessions on the harmonium. She uses her crystal singing bowls along with min gongs in this session. We look forward to relaxing with you!
