Sound Bath w/ Timothy Mast

Come experience a calming, immersive sound bath designed to help your body and mind shift into deep relaxation. Crystal bowls can guide you into slower brainwave states (alpha/theta) within minutes, supporting a meditative, restorative experience. Timothy Mast will be playing ~15 alchemy crystal bowls made with quartz and infused with minerals like gold, platinum, and lepidolite. The session lasts about 1 hour, with time afterward for questions and sharing as you gently return.
