Sound Bath w/ the Resonant River Trio (Katie, Stacie, & Kate)

In this sound bath, participants are immersed in a deeply relaxing and meditative experience guided by the resonant tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other textural instruments. As you lie down comfortably, layers of sound gently wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote a sense of inner peace. The vibrations of these instruments are designed to support energetic alignment and emotional balance, making the session both grounding and rejuvenating. No prior experience is needed—simply arrive, relax, and receive.

About the facilitators:

The Resonant River Trio of Katie Scott-Childress, Stacie Greenhouse, & Kate Birmingham are all certified sound meditation practitioners. They have combined their unique human frequencies, talents, and favorite instruments to create a beautiful resonance to bask in. They passionately and professionally use their metal and crystal bowls, gongs, shruti boxes, kalimbas, rattles, rain sticks, and more to produce an alchemy of sounds and rhythms designed to promote well-being and healing.
