Kat's monthly sound session in October is free of charge. She will be offering a Healing Sound Bath with a Guided Relaxation and she is asking participants to consider a donation amount - any amount is appreciated! - and all money collected will go to families in WNC affected by the flooding.
Kat grew up first in Canton, then Clyde, and lived and worked in both Waynesville and Asheville before making her way to Florida in 2000 - she spent her youth and young adult life in the mountains of North Carolina and this area will always be home to her.
Anything you can do to help her support the relief efforts in these communities will be deeply appreciated.
