As the New Moon approaches, this is your time to shed old layers, surrender to the stillness, and make space for profound clarity and renewal.

SCHEDULE: Sunday, February 23rd

10:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Sound Bath Experience in THE LOFT

12:30 PM: Complimentary Glass of Wine in THE GRAND TERRACE. Stay as long as you like and explore the gorgeous winery. Grab gourmet lunch and eat near the fire place. Take time for yourself to reset and recharge.

⭐️LOCATION: Fleetwood Winery, Leesburg, VA

⭐️PARKING: PARK in the gravel lot and walk to "The Loft" (there will be signs to direct you). Enter The Loft and head downstairs!

⭐️SETTING: We will be inside a temperature-controlled, warm, gorgeous space with exquisite resonance to amplify the healing vibrations through your body!

⭐️WHO IT's FOR: All levels are welcome—no prior experience with Yoga Nidra or sound baths is necessary.

⭐️WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. Eye masks and journal/pen are optional but encouraged for post-session reflection.
