5.30pm – The sound bath…
Begin with a 1 hour Sound Bath by the water, in tranquil peaceful surroundings. With soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, soft drum, delicate chimes, and soothing feminine vocals.
6.30pm – A break…
Take a break. Coffee/tea/water will be available, and some light pre-packaged snacks such as biscuits and cakes.
7.00pm Open Water Swim & sauna…
Enjoy a peaceful open water swim or dip in our spring fed pool. Our swim session will have a trained Open Water Lifeguard on duty.
Emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.
** PRIVATE pools and property - no swimming or uses outside of organised bookable or ticketed sessions! **
