During this experience, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs , rattles, and other healing instruments.
One of clients favorite parts of this experience is Sonic Massage, where a Tibetan singing bowl is gently placed directly on or near the body and struck. Instead of only hearing the sound, you can actually feel the vibration traveling through the body.
Because our bodies are largely made of water, sound vibrations can be felt through our tissues as gentle waves of movement. Many people describe the physical vibration as deeply calming and grounding—almost like being massaged from the inside out. 💜
When Sound Baths become a regular part of your self-care practice, they help:
