Sound Bath Sundays with Sally

In a world that’s always "on," when was the last time you gave yourself permission to turn "off" unplug and truly relax?

Join Sally for Sound Bath Sundays—a unique, deeply restorative journey designed to melt away stress and tune your body back to peace.

The Experience:

Forget "trying" to meditate. Here, you simply lie back in a plush recliner or anti-gravity chair and let the healing vibrations of crystal quartz bowls and Tibetan prayer bowls do the work for you. It’s a full-body reset that releases tension you didn’t even know you were holding.

The Space:

We are hosting this in a powerful Energy Enhancement System (EES) room. Using scalar waves, this environment supports everything from cell regeneration and immune boosts to mood elevation and deep detoxification.
