A Restorative Journey in Sound & Stillness
Join us for a unique Sound Bath Series hosted by Beverly Kennedy (@lighthoneysoundandhealing), designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and elevate your wellbeing. Some of the instruments you may hear in her accompaniments: vocals, chimes, percussion, frame drum, tongue drum, gong, n’goni (W African harp,) shruti box, handpan, metal singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, prerecorded sound clips, and more. This immersive 90-minute experience is the perfect way to reset and recharge at the end of the week. Every session is uniquely crafted after a group consultation.
These bi-weekly sessions create a serene escape in the heart of the resort.
No reservations required.
Complete Schedule
All sessions take place 6:15–7:15 pm in the 2nd Floor Meeting Spaces. Arrive as early as 6 to settle in. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or eyemask for comfort.
