Sunday Sound Bath- Sound Healing & Reiki for All Ages
Before the busy week begins, give yourself and your family a little time to slow down, unplug, and recharge.
Join Heaven’s Light Wellness for a relaxing Sunday experience featuring the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle Reiki energy. Let the calming vibrations help quiet busy minds, release the tension of the week, and create space for a little more peace and balance.
Life gets busy, especially for families! This is an opportunity for moms, dads, and children to take a break from screens, schedules, and everyday demands and simply enjoy a peaceful experience together.
No meditation experience is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and enjoy the sounds!
What to bring: Yoga mats and blankets. Dress comfortably.
All ages welcome! Make Sunday your day to relax, reconnect, and recharge for the week ahead.
