Join me April 12th at 6:30pm,you are invited into a sacred space at Odell Lodge where the vibrations of the gong and other instruments along with Holy Fire Reiki will gently guide you into a state of relaxation and inner balance.The immersion sound bath is designed to help calm the nervous system,release energetic blocks, and reconnect you with your natural state of peace.
What to bring:
yoga mat
blankets & pillows
eye covering
water
anything else that you think you may need for your comfort
if you would like to sit in a zero gravity chair is a good idea
