Don't miss the opportunity to help relieve stress, lighten your mood and energize you for the week ahead. Start your week with the soothing vibrations of the gong during the Sunday Sound Bath. This event will be outside in the covered stage area. Please bring whatever you will need to feel comfortable during this guided meditation and sound bath: yoga mats, blanket, pillows, etc. This event is free and open to the public, but please tip your sound healer, and stay for the Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Tacos.
Kristina Jones is a classically trained musician who utilizes her musical and energetic sensitivity to create a comforting and meaningful atmosphere in her sound baths. She has traveled the world to learn from the masters and is excited to join you in this sound bath experience.
Berndette Gibson is a passionate Chair Yoga and Qi Gong instructor with years of personal practice and a year of teaching experience. She loves helping others find strength, calm, and balance through mindful movements. Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines gentle movements, breath work, and focus to promote energy flow within the body. It helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase overall vitality, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Through her classes, Berndette creates a welcoming space for everyone to discover the benefits of these practices and connect with their own inner calm.
