Join us this summer for an unforgettable series of outdoor sound healing journeys at the base of majestic Smith Rock. Guided by Amandine Le Roux Hancock of Harmonic Odyssey, each session blends grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath surrounded by the magic of nature.
Feel your stress dissolve, your energy rebalance, and your spirit realign — one frequency at a time.
What to Expect:
- Gentle breathwork to anchor in the moment
- Guided visual meditation to access inner clarity
- A multi-instrumental sound bath with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and intuitive vocals
- Time to rest, reset, and receive the medicine of nature
No experience necessary. Please bring:
- A yoga mat or blanket
- Eye covering (optional)
- Water bottle
