So excited for this Friday night at TULASOL Yoga & Wellness in Pembroke❣️ (12/19/25)If you need an excuse to slow down and take care of yourself as we head into Winter this week, please snuggle up and join us for a candlelit* Restorative yoga class with soothing scents and sounds to give your soul the space it needs to breathe. ✨️
You are welcome to wear pajamas and bring a stuffed animal or favorite blankets and pillows, and whatever else makes you cozy. Our heavy woven blankets, bolsters and all yoga props are always available to sink as deep as possible into your happy space.
I will be playing Reiki tuned instruments such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, a gong, chimes, different types of drums, a rainstick, and more interesting instruments.
