Whether you are new and curious to the world of Sound Healing, or a seasoned sonic explorer, an evening of Vibrational Medicine awaits...Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience in a serene and welcoming space at Studio Sacred in Garden City, Idaho. Together, we’ll explore the ancient healing power of sound—a practice used for centuries to quiet the mind, release stress, and reconnect with the present moment.
Guided by Brian Louderbough, a seasoned facilitator with years of experience in sound healing, meditation, and spiritual practice, you’ll be gently immersed in soothing vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, chimes, handpans, and more. This meditative sound journey is designed to help you relax deeply, open your heart, and return to your center.
Expect gentle breathwork to begin, followed by a peaceful hour of stillness and sound. Whether you're new to this practice or returning for deeper connection, all are welcome.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or comfy pad
