Slow down and give your nervous system a chance to reset. Join us for a guided Sound Bath Session designed to promote deep relaxation, support recovery, and create space for stillness.
During this session, you’ll rest comfortably while soothing sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over you. These vibrations help quiet the mind, ease tension in the body, and encourage a sense of balance and clarity.
