Relax in a calming and immersive Sound Bath experience led by facilitator Emmanuel Daniels.
This restorative program invites participants to slow down, reset, and connect through sound.
Each session incorporates elements of breathwork, guided meditation, gentle movement, and live instrumental and vocal sound, creating a soothing environment designed to support relaxation and reflection. Taking place in The Mint Museum Uptown Atrium, the Sound Bath offers a peaceful way to unwind midweek and experience the museum in a sensory-rich setting.
Participants are encouraged to bring a personal yoga mat, bolster, blanket, or pillow for comfort. Chair seating will also be available.
*Please RSVP only if you are attending, due to high interest and limited space.
