CANCELLED DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE SPECTRUM CENTRESaturday the 13th July 10.30am at the Spectrum Centre in Inverness.
Immerse yourself in this meditative experience where you will be 'bathed' by sound waves. Sound Baths are known to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce pain and increase energy levels.
All you need to do is lay down (or sit if you prefer), get comfortable and let the sounds wash over you. You'll experience a range of sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Shamanic Drum, Tuning Forks, Rain Sticks, Shakers, Bells & more. Each sound and frequency ( sound vibration ) will be varied and precise to create specific vibrations to wrap you in a cocoon of sound....Let it wash over & through you - to a wonderful journey of renewal, revitalisation and balance.
Each session will start with a short guided meditation or Breath Work.

£12 per person - 60 minutes. This group Sound Bath will be held at The Spectrum Centre in Inverness in Room 4
Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat & an eye mask / eye pillow. I have extra yoga mats available if you do not have your own but please let me know in advance.
The Sound Bath is approximately 45 minutes with 10-15 minutes integration time at the end.
Please note that Sound baths may not be suitable for some individuals, specifically those who:
• are pregnant
• have frequency triggered epilepsy or seizures
• have metal implants in the body (metal tooth fillings and piercings are fine)
It is ultimately your responsibility to decide whether the session is appropriate for you.
