Join us for an evening of inner journeying towards joy and Self-acceptance.
In Sound Bath, the sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls guide practitioners into a state of effortless meditation and deep, healing rest. A Sound Bath is an experience of profound relaxation, revitalizing the whole mind-body system for the week ahead.
During this 90min experience Liz will guide participants towards a the centre of their own hearts, that place of innate wisdom, where feelings of joy, gratitude and connection can spontaneously arise.
When we pay attention and accept the present moment, we surrender to the flow life, letting go of past trauma and future worries. This is the now-ness of true joy.
If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, come give it a try!

What to bring: Please bring a yoga or sports mat. You may also want a pillow, yoga bolster or blankets to create the ultimate Savasana for yourself. The entire session is lying down.
