Immerse yourself in a relaxing, one-hour sound bath designed to help release stress, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation through vibration and tone. You’ll experience a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
Optional: pillow (Highly Suggested) and water bottle
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Recommended for ages 13 and up
Suggested Donation:
$20 (Cash or electronic payment accepted)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at 7:00 PM to maintain a calm environment.
