Sound Bath Restorative Experience

Join Massage Heights Midtown and UNIONisCREATION™ for a free community wellness experience as part of the global Make Music Day celebration.
Throughout the afternoon, guests are invited to slow down, relax, and experience the restorative benefits of immersive sound meditation through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and meditative frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a sense of balance and well being.
To allow more members of the community to participate, four 20 minute Sound Bath Meditation sessions will be offered throughout the event:
12:00 PM – 12:20 PM
12:30 PM – 12:50 PM
1:00 PM – 1:20 PM
1:30 PM – 1:50 PM
Massage Heights Midtown will also be offering a limited number of complimentary chair massages available on a first come, first served basis throughout the event.
Whether you are new to meditation, seeking a mindful reset, or simply looking to experience something different, this event offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
