Welcome to some YOU time with Sound Bath Relaxation. At this enjoy experience you will be "bathed" in beautiful sounds from Singing Crystal Bowls, Brass Chimes, Ocean sounds and a Crystal pyramid. The sounds will be relaxing, healing and have restorative vibrations. Please come with a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow and some sort of eye mask. Some of the numerous benefits include reduced stress, Chakra balancing, enhanced well-being, and improved sleep quality in the days following treatment.
