Sound Bath Reflection with Tiffany Barnes

A Sound Bath is a gentle invitation to slow down and return to yourself. Soft waves of sound move through the body, encouraging deep relaxation, release, and renewal—without effort or expectation.

In this nurturing experience, you’ll be guided in meditation paired with the soothing tones of a sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes..

The harmonizing sound waves support your intentions, provide rest, ease tension, and restore balance from within.

*All are welcome—no prior meditation experience needed.

*Come dressed comfortably

*Yoga Mats are provided.

*Bring a blanket and support for head and knees if desired.

*We will begin at 7, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.

*Following the sound bath, there will be time to mingle and Tiffany will be available for questions about the healing session or spa offerings.

Results and Responsibility: I acknowledge multiple sessions may be needed for imbalances and there are no guaranteed results. I am responsible for my choices.
