No rushing, no to-do lists, no one needing anything from you.

Just an hour to get cozy, exhale, and enjoy a little time that’s entirely yours. 🧡

Join us for Gather in Gratitude, a cozy Sunday afternoon sound bath dedicated to rest, relaxation, and appreciating the beauty of what’s already here.

As you settle into your cozy nest, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments, creating space for your mind and body to unwind.

Whether you’re craving a little quiet time, a break from your everyday responsibilities, or simply something meaningful to do for yourself, this experience is for you.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself receive. ✨

🎟 Investment: $44.44 per person

🚪 Doors Open: 4:00 PM for parking, settling in, and optional card pulls.

✨ To ensure a prompt 4:30 PM start and maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted experience, doors will be locked at 4:29 PM. Please plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable. 🫶🏼

You will see a large sky-blue sign that says “Swell” where you turn in.

🪷 PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COZY NEST

To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow for your head
• Bolster or extra pillow for under your knees (highly recommended)
• Eye pillow or eye mask (optional and highly recommended)
• Water

Disposable eye masks will also be available.

You are welcome to bring a gravity chair or folding outdoor chair from home instead of lying on a yoga mat. If bringing a chair, please also bring a towel to place underneath it to help protect the studio floor.

🚗 PARKING

Parking is available along the east side of The Swell Center and in the adjacent lot next door.

Ashley is a Sound Practitioner, Energy Intuitive, and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master. Her work blends sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance to create grounded spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more ease amidst the noise of everyday life.
