Sound Bath Chakras Alignment - Once MonthNext coming seven months join Guiomar Rebelo on Sound bath is created with the intention for Chakras Alignment — an energy clearing which works to heal and transmute energy.
A beautiful guided meditation to opening up a sacred portal for us to connect with our loved ones, journey within and release old wounds, thought patterns, and emotional weights.
Open yourself to love and revitalise every cell of your body with a nourishing Crystal Sound Healing, Shamanic Drum, Gong and many more.
This soul-filling exercise will release blocks that may prevent you from deeply and lovingly connecting with yourself and living your purpose. Clear and break energetic blocks.
What Happen on Sound Bath Session?
In a sound bath, participants are lying down. First, guided meditation clears the mind and gets everyone centered. Next, sounds from the instruments are played in various frequencies to transmute and clear ancestral trauma. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls will be played, also many other percussion instruments, Gong will be the main to be played. These vibrations can shift emotional, physical and mental energies.
NOTE: you may feel tired after the session, which is normal considering that a lot of energy was released and mended through this holistic activity.
WHAT TO BRING:
For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and drinking water to Sound Bath event. We look forward to meeting you.
