Sound bath on the lake

Come join Soul Resonance Collective for a free sound bath on the water. Sound baths use immersive, resonant frequencies-such as crystal singing bowls and gongs-to shift brainwaves from active states to deeply relaxed ones. This process promotes the body's parasympathetic "rest-and-digest" response, effectively lowering stress, easing tension, reducing anxiety, and supporting better sleep.
Paddle out to Nimbus Flats recreation area, across the lake from the boat launch. Event starts promptly at 5 PM and ends at 6:30. So give yourself enough time to blow up your board and paddle out to the location. Paddling out about 30 minutes before to have time to settle in would be best. Space is limited. RSVP ASAP

A couple of bungees to attach to your neighbor, so no one floats away
