Sound Bath - Nurturing the Heart through Resonance

Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations and power of sound frequences to ease pain, increase relaxation, and bring balance to your energy field and chakras. As we begin to foster the connection between mind + body, the goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed and revitalized!

Crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes will be played to create a combination of high frequencies to connect to spirit and low frequencies to help ground and restore our place in the world! We will begin with a short meditation, prior to our sound bath, and end with loving-kindness affirmations. I will also have essential oils available for personal use, should anyone be interested in incorporating aromatherapy into their experience!

Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)
